A parent or guardian must be present on Day 1 to sign the physical Code of Conduct & Participation and Student Registration forms.
Students are expected to follow all class rules and treat instructors and peers with respect.
All bookings are final once confirmed. No refunds after registration is confirmed.
CCAZ reserves the right to remove any student who does not comply with the Code of Conduct.
